Studio Quad + Warner Brothers Movie Promotion
We at Studio Quad were delighted to work with Warner Bros. in promoting their film 'Journey 2 the Mysterious Island' using the fun medium of 3D anamorphic street art.
Under the design leadership of our studio's very own Bhushan Raj, we worked for over 12+ hours on Jan 28th outside The Forum mall, Bangalore creating this piece.
Apart from being one of the poster colourists on the project, I also put together the above time-lapse for Warner Bros. to use on their Facebook Page. The photos were taken mainly on my camera, maneouvered by Bhanu Prakash. We made use of Magic Lantern's 'Intervalometer' feature, set to automatically take a picture every 12 seconds. I did the video editing & grading in After Effects, within a few days of the project.
